You can still sign up – Thank you for supporting this initiative – when prompted to list your devices simply enter the expiry date of your medication as displayed. The system will automatically flag the devices as expired and ask our pharmacy partner to prioritise their replacement. When you receive the replacement medication devices simply update the expiry dates in your profile.
Yes it can, simply arrange the delivery with our pharmacy partner if ordering the replacement medication device with them.
Our system is designed to take the worry out of our client’s busy day and make things as simple as possible, by delivering the medication directly to the school. If you require an additional device for home, please consider signing up for an individual or family package, and have those replacement devices delivered directly to your door.
If your child has changed schools, please check with your new school to see if they utilise our system, if not please give your new school our details. We are committed to ensuring all Australians have access to in date emergency medication should it be needed. We at Emergency Medication Mx are very eager to partner with any school not yet part of our family.
Our Pharmacy partner is working hard to facilitate replacement medication devices, and this may take a few days. The system is designed to ensure there is no rush to replace the devices. Please check your details in your profile to ensure the most current up to date details are recorded. If you have not heard anything when you get your next reminder in one month, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@emedmx.com.
For the family package we provide replacement and reminder services, as well as creating a group of trusted, informed, and confident people around you and your loved ones. Organisational accounts are mainly for businesses like schools and childcare and don’t require the trusted contact feature.
We can! Log into your profile, select the medication device by clicking view/edit and click the blue urgent replacement button for urgent contact by our pharmacy partner to help you replace your device.
In order to upgrade your account, navigate to my account details in the top right corner of the dashboard. Once you are on the account details page, select the subscription tab and then click upgrade subscription and then select the subscription that you would like to upgrade to. Once you have selected the subscription you would like to upgrade to, you will be prompted for your payment details and click upgrade to finalise the upgrade.
Yes, you can! In your profile select the drop-down box in the top right corner, select account details. In the account details page select the subscription page and you will be able to select upgrade subscription.
